They Turned 18, Now What?

At age 18, your kids are adults in the eyes of the law and this can be scary when sending them off to college. Without further legal protections like a Healthcare POA or Financial POA, parents are left in the dark about important concerns. A POA for a child over 18 gives you access to medical information, financial records and grades. Without this, you cannot make these important decisions for them should they need it.
